The site won't let me clone one of my forms

I'm trying to clone a form and it won't work....

I have just tested your account and I'm currently able to clone your forms; however, I can see you've created custom links for your forms, so they look like this: https://support.jotform.com/ericahaller/EHPMini 

Please do note that a form cannot be cloned from a custom link, you need to provide the link with the form ID on it, it looks like this: https://form.jotform.com/62234602315950 

If you need to clone the form in your account I would suggest you to use the clone the form using the "Clone" button on "My Forms" page.

To do it this way, please click on the form you want to clone and then click on the more button, you will get some options, click on the "Clone" option and this should be all: 

Otherwise you will need to go to the Publish wizard and show the default link, so you can copy it and provide, the form will be cloned with that link:
