We have people submitting resumes and cover letters, but when we go to view the PDF file and click on the documents we are getting this message from JotForm. This is the second time we've run into this issue.This XML file does not appear to have any style information associated with it. I checked the form and the submission with ID "346599498172540075" the one where this file was received, and I can see the same; however, I have checked on our severs and I was unable to find the file, seems like it did not reach our servers.
What I would suggest you will be to ask your submitter to send you the file again and if the issue still persists, please let us know.
