Unable to access the forms

I created an online form yesterday.  Today I tried to create a PDF of the same form, but the process never finished (continuous spinning wheel).  I tried to edit the online form but got a message "Form not found.  This form in restore mode, please try again later."

First, what is restore mode - and will be form be restored automatically?

    Second,

what is the correct procedure to create a PDF of the online form?  How long does this normally take?

    Thanks!

Your account is in dormant status because you didn't logged in for a long time. You'll see the error message "Form not found.  This form in restore mode, please try again later." if your account is in this kind of status.

I have now activated your account. Your forms are now restored. If you have any questions, let us know.

I created a separate thread for your other question, here's the link: https://www.jotform.com/answers/903982

    Thank you.

I understand an account can go dormant, but I created this form three days ago and edited it as recently as yesterday.  I DID log into this recently, so I am concerned what made it go dormant.  I don't want to send this URL to clients only to have them get a message the survey can't be found.

It opens now - do I need to worry it will go dormant again even though I am in this daily right now?

Thanks four help getting this back.

If your account is on dormant status, you can still log in to your account and edit your forms. However, you'll get that error when you open the actual form.

It is okay now, no need to worry. You can now share your forms to your clients.

    Hope that helps. Thank you.
