    Authorize.Net Form: Clients are being charged multiple times after using back arrow on browser when they resubmit

    Hi,

    I have several forms using Authorize.net as the payment gateway, and evidently clients are hitting the backspace key and/or their back button on their browser after they have submitted and made payment. I have learned they are doing this to make modifications. They back into the form, and wind up being double charged. Is there a way to prevent this from happening?

    1) You might consider adding a Preview Before Submit widget to the form, so that the form users will be able to preview and edit their data before the actual submission.

    2) If submission editing is acceptable in your case, you can provide your form users with the special edit links, please see the next guide.
