    My form http://www.jotform.com/?formID=20961287624862 has a few fields concerning address;

    1: Other Pickup Address

    2: Other Destination Address

    3: Other New Return Address

    I want to eliminate the following fields, State / Province, Postal /Zip and Country as they are not required in my form.

    I have tried using injected css but must be doing something wrong because when testing the form before going live these fields are still showing.

    Can you please provide another way of creating address fields by providing an opt in or out for various fields within the address field. I'm sure many others are having the same problem.

    Thank You In Advance

    Hi Tony,

    I've modified your CSS and here's now the final code:

    .form-address-state, .form-address-postal, .form-address-country{

    #sublabel_state, #sublabel_postal, #sublabel_country{

    #cid_5 .form-sub-label-container {

    Replace your whole code with this. Here's the result: http://form.jotform.me/form/20971102238446?

    Hope this helps. Thanks for using JotForm!
