The system says that I have 58 forms and 25 used. The system tells me about my form limit and gives me the options below:
1.- Delete an existing form
2.- Upgrade my plan to increase my form limit.
I started to delete some forms and submitted data, but I am still having problems. Am I now supposed to have only 25 forms? This was not setup this way when I signed up for my Premium plan... I was supposed to keep the same conditions for two years. Please check and let me know.

I'm sorry for the trouble caused to you.
The issue was caused because of a technical glitch which triggered this warning message, Our backend team have already disabled this limit.
Since the new limits are are not live yet, you should be able to create forms normally as you have been doing. We will get back to you as soon as we have further updates on these new limits.

Thanks for your prompt response! No changes/limits should be applied to my plan. I am currently on your old 139 2 year Premium plan and it is supposed to keep this low rate/conditions for as long as I remain on this plan.
