I presume you are already aware of the effect of changing the username in custom URL forms?
As mentioned in this thread link, the custom URLs on your forms will no longer be valid once the username is changed, this is because the custom URLs are dependent on the username of the account where it is stored. Once the username is changed, you will need to recreate the custom URLs if you wish to use them again, here's a guide about custom URLs: https://www.jotform.com/help/261-How-to-Create-a-Custom-URL-of-a-Form
Now I checked the username ERDOCanada and it is available to use, we can proceed on changing your current account username candicemayers to that one.

I'm not currently using any custom URLs, so that's all good.
