    Google Spreadsheet integration: New submissions are not sent to the spreadsheet

    I have my form "24hr Endurance Race 2016" integrated with an associated google sheet and have used this feature on many other forms for nearly a year with no issues on other forms. This form has been running for several months now but in the last week the above mentioned form has stopped updating the google sheet twice. I have reintegrated the sheet both times and it has stopped working again now. I thought it best to leave it broken while you have a look for any potential bugs.

    Please integrate again, I just cloned your form, and tested the Google Spreadsheet integration, and it worked:

    Upon checking your form, it looks like you have incomplete submissions(meaning that the user did not complete the payment on Paypal side): 

    Once you complete them, they will be forwarded to your integrated spreadsheet: https://www.jotform.com/help/135-How-to-view-incomplete-payments 

    Note: Completing a submissions will NOT process any payment as there was no payment information to begin with. The system will simply treat this as a regular submission so it can be included on form reports, and that email alerts can be fired off as usual.

    Cloning the form itself is something I had not tried, everything else is as I'd tried before and I was not concerned with the incomplete submissions. I will keep you up to date if the cloning of the form cleared the error permanently.

    Ahh cloning the form will not work as this does not carry over the submissions. I have already tried to integrate and it does work but only for a while, this last time less than 24hrs. Do you have any suggestions beyond this?

    Considering that you have reintegrated your form with Google spreadsheet several times and that new submissions are not sent to your spreadsheet, I will raise this issue to our developers. Once this issue is resolved we will inform you via this thread. 

    For now I can only suggest you to reintegrate your form again.

    The only difference is I have some other worksheets in my Google Sheet, but the Submissions worksheet has not been touched.  Yet it quit sending submissions to it as well.

    Google Sheet still isn't updating. It only processes current submissions when integrated, but then no longer updates.

    I have checked status of this ticket and unfortunately this issue is still not resolved. I will check with our developer to see if there is any update. If there is we will inform you via this thread.

    Hi,
    There was an issue with the IPN server that was communicating with paypal after the payment had been made.  This has now been resolved and submissions including payments should now be sent to the sreadsheet via the google integration. If you wish to include the submissions that were sent during this down time you will have to reintegrate your form.  If you have made any changes inside your google spreadsheet make sure to back them up before reintegration as these will be overwritten by the submission data.
