When clients try to submit a form that requires payment (paypal) the form is stuck on "please wait". Also, captcha is stuck generating. This is only happening on one out of four forms I use.

    Hello emilyben,

I'm sorry for the trouble caused to you.

I did test your form which is embedded in your webpage and I am able to replicate the issue you are having. I was not able to submit form and the submit button just says "Please wait..".

When I tested your form with its direct URL, it seems to work as expected and I was able to submit it successfully. I was also redirected to PayPal checkout page. Please check the screenshot below:

It seems there is some code conflict between scripts of your form and other scripts available in your webpage. To solve this problem, I would suggest you to please embed your form using its iFrame embed code and that should solve your problem. The following guide should help you grab your form's iFrame embed code:  https://www.jotform.com/help/148-Getting-the-form-iFrame-code

    Hope this helps.

Do get back to us if you have any questions.

    Thank you!
