I see you are wondering about an email that was sent out regarding your subscription plan it seems.
You can find this in your My Account > Billing page which shows you currently have a Bronze Plan with us.
Currently it appears normal so the letter might have been sent if there was any sort of problem with it at the time.
Also, we do not provide phone support so contacting us via the forum is always the fastest way to get a hold of us for these types of issues.
