Can I hyperlink on a word doc or pdf?

I chose the 'share' feature in publish in order to allow someone to access my jotform, but got an error after I implemented a hyperlink. 

"Unable to open https://form.jotform.com/62153780746157. Cannot locate the internet server or proxy server"

Do you mean to ask to place your form link in a word file or a PDF file? If so, you can use the direct link displayed in the Publish wizard to link in your document.
