Does Jotform have issues working properly under Windows 10?

Hello, we have been working on a jotform from a computer that recently upgraded from Windows 7 to Windows 10.  When we are working in it, the SAVE icon just spins and spins for hours without saving any of the updates.  Then we close out and the updates have not been saved.  We have tried this under both Google Chrome and Internet Explorer and had the same issue.  Then we tried to update the form from a computer that has not been updated to Windows 10 and is still operating with Windows 7 and there is no issue- it saves quickly and the SAVE button does not spin and spin. Any thoughts?  

Windows 10 should not have any influence on browser's presentation of the form builder, especially if you have used Google Chrome browser. Could you please try refreshing your browser's cache and then check if the form builder save button is working properly? Also, try visiting this site to check if your browser has the javascript enabled.

If the javascript is disabled you can find the guide for enabling it on the same website.

I followed your instructions refreshing browser's cache and making sure my javascript in enabled.  I continue to have problems working in www.jotform.com.  Any time I need to save to move to a different window my save button just spins and says it is working.  I am unable to continue.  Help!

Please try clearing your browser cookies for Jotform. The website will ask you to log in again. Edit your form and see if that helps you make the save button work.
