My form has been disabled?

    I just set up a form today. I tried it a number of times, and it worked fine. Then, an hour later, I went into settings, and changed the line spacing from 12 to 10, and when I went to preview it, it DISABLED my form! Help!

    I checked your and it looks to be within our terms of use.  There were several terms in the form that set off our phishing detector, however, the fields in your form are within our terms.  Take care when collecting such data.
