I read in your FAQ section about forms just becoming disabled. That seems to have happened to me. PLEASE ENABLE my page as quickly as possible. This happened just after I sent out messages to my boss and payroll company telling them how great the page was and that I tried it numerous times, and it worked great. Now, it is suddenly DISABLED! Please get me back up quickly!

I see someone got it fix. Sorry, I was freaking out. The timing on that thing disabling was terrible. It happened just as I announced it on our fb page, sent emails to my boss, etc. I was panicking! Thanks for getting it straight. Any idea why it happened?
