What is traffic response and why is only a few checkmarked?

I am not quite sure of the traffic response that you are referring to. Are you referring to the Responses section from the Form Analytics?

The responses refer to the number of submissions that you have received on your form. In the screenshot above, the analytics state that I have received 5 submissions.
