    Hello,

I have made tests and was not able to find a workaround. The only solution for this is to get the full HTML source code of your form and then place the code in your own HTML page and change the settings of the target attribute there. This guide will walk you through on how to get the full HTML source of your form: https://www.jotform.com/help/104-How-to-get-the-Full-Source-Code-of-your-Form

But if this will not work for you, please let us know.

    Thanks.

Ok thanks, that would work, although it would be very inconvenient since I have embedded that form in a few sites, which would mean I have to copy the code to every site every time I make an update, which is quite often.

When I first created this form, I made sure that I would be able to do everything I wanted, including the _self link, before I published it on my sites. I was able to open links in the same window, so I went ahead and published it. Now it is very disappointing that this is happening as it makes my sites look very unprofessional.

I hope there is a way to make it work, like it did before.

    Thanks.

I understand your concern, but that behavior is caused by the design decision from our development team. JotForm is a service for building forms and collecting form responses. As such, each form is intended to be filled out and submitted.

If links from a form are to be opened, they open in another tab or window, so that the user can finish filling out the form they started on.

As you are using form 60756620208958 as essentially a list of links rather than an actual form, I understand that form-centric behavior of our forms may not be best suited for this use case. It is behavior most suited for actual forms, where you are expecting to receive answers and inputs.

I'm afraid the only way to bypass the designed form-like behavior and use a form for presenting information rather than collecting it, is to use and modify the source code as suggested by my colleague. This would have to be done each time that a form is updated inside of our Form Builder.

If there is anything else we can help you with, please let us know and we will be happy to do so. Thanks
