I checking out your free version. Is there a limit to the number of forms I can have saved, archived and active? Could this be my problem? I have 4 forms saved, published and active currently. When I attempt to navigate using the jotform publish link I get a FORM NOT FOUND ERROR.

Your account was auto-suspended due to asking credit card information with plain text on your form. Unfortunately, as a part of PCI DSS certification, we're deleting credit card information which was added with plain text.

Please note that asking credit card information is not possible with plain text and it is against our terms of use. I've deleted those fields and  I've re-activated your account. If you want to create payment form you need to create our Payment tools to ask payments.
