How can I turn off the automated e-mail notifications?

If you want to stop getting email notification, it is possible with deleting notification as you see below:

Secondly, I see that you're asking credit card information with plain text on your form. Unfortunately, as a part of PCI DSS certification, we're deleting credit card information which was added with plain text.

Please note that asking credit card information is not possible with plain text and asking credit card information with plain text which is against our terms of use. I've deleted those fields. Otherwise, your account will auto-suspended by our system.  If you want to create payment form you need to create our Payment tools to ask payments.
