I just thought you should know that I lost half an hour of work because your form builder did not save even after clicking the save button.

Sorry for the inconvenience. We currently don't have any reported issues about our servers. The Form Builder have an auto-save function as well. Can you please try using the Form Revision History Tool and verify if you can still recover the updates you made. Here's a guide: How-to-view-form-revision-history
Normally, the Save function will not work properly if you have a problem with your internet connection. It can also happen if you are not logged in to your JotForm account. Lastly, please make sure to open the Form Builder only in 1 browser tab. The reason is because the changes you made in the form will be overwrite by the other Form Builder due to the auto-save function.
