Why did we receive a refund?

    Jot Form,


    We received an email today saying that our subscriptionw as being refunded.  We still use Jot Form and don't know why a refund is being issued.  Can you please let us know why a refund is being issued?

    Hello Brian, 

    I really am not too sure why this refund has been issued as I can find no record of any relevant communications between you and us that I can explain it.

    I am sorry for the inconvience here, but its not possible for me to reverse the refund. As a solution to this, would it be possible to arrange an hour during the next few days, perhaps once the refund has been processed to go though the upgrade process again? We will add an extra free month to your subscription to reconcile the needless time you spent helping working through the issue.

    Co-ordinating a time when this can be done will help ensure your forms are not affected in anyway.
