Out of Space problem

    HI,

     

    Recently we had an issue with the form not loading ( Blank page coming in the embedded form).
    We upgraded to the Storage plan by paying 50USD.

    We thought it will increase the space, later we saw that free and storge has same space. There is no difference except "Total Submission Storage"  which I dont know what it means ?

    We cannot upgrade to the next plan, since it is not viable for the  current requirement.
    We have 446 submission in our 1 form. Old data is not required.

    HOw can I delete old 400 forms so that the space is free and we can continue using the form.

    please advise.

    As of checking, your account is already good to go. 

    Deleting your form submissions should lower down the number of total submissions stored in your account.

    You are right about the limits, free and storage plan has the same monthly submissions limit. What only differs between them is the total submissions storage limit. It is basically the number of submissions you can store in your account.

    For free account, you can only store up to 500 total submissions in your account. If you have more than 500, the recent 500 submissions will be kept and the rest will be deleted.

    However, since you are on the storage plan, you now have unlimited submissions storage.

    FYI, Monthly Submissions Limit is different with Total Submissions Storage Limit.

    Monthly Submissions Limit - It is the total number of submissions you received per month. 

    Total Submissions Storage Limit - It is the total number of submissions stored in your account.
