I have many EU users so have moved to EU Safe Forms. But can US and non-EU users use the same form?

Hey Robert, your users can use your forms regardless of their geolocation. Moving/transferring your forms to EU means that you're physically moving your data from US servers to EU servers. From your user's perspective, nothing has changed.

From your perspective though, whenever you try to login to your Jotform account you will always be redirected to https://eu.jotform.com/

I guess the only actual difference is that EU-based users will now enjoy faster loading times when viewing your form(s) compared to non-EU users :)

Here's a snippet from an article when we first released this option:

What happens when I “Transfer My Data to Europe”?

After confirmation, your form data will be copied to our European servers. Once the transfer is complete and everything is double checked, we will delete your data from our US servers.

Upon completion, you'll receive a confirmation email from us. Since your data is only available on jotformeu.com, when you log into JotForm, you'll be redirected there to access your data.

(NOTE: The URL has since been changed from jotformeu.com to eu.jotform.com)

Hope this answered your question, enjoy your weekend!
