Comment rendre non obligatoire le remplissage du widget Stripe sous certaines conditions ?

Bonjour,

J'ai un formulaire avec un Widget Stripe. Pour certaines personnes, j'aimerais ne pas faire payer le service. J'ai donc pensé à cacher le Widget Stripe ou à le rendre non obligatoire sous certaines conditions, mais cela ne marche pas (j'ai un message d'erreur qui dit que le paiement n'a pas réussi). Auriez-vous svp une solution à me proposer ?

Hi,

I checked your form's Stripe payment settings. I see that the Stripe field is set to NOT required so it should not require users to pay via Stripe. However, I can see that your have set the product in your payment form to be selected by default. When there is a selected product, the form will require the user to pay so I think you should uncheck the Selected by Default setting for your product.

Also, I am not sure why the radiobutton for your product is hidden which leaves the user no choice to unselect your product.

For the user to be able to skip Stripe payment, there should be no selected product.
