I have been using your stripe account integration for a while now - and recently it must have changed - now even though my stripe account is connected to jot form - it's not pulling in my subscriptions that are in my account.
It says I can create subscriptions but - the ones I create are not syncing to stripe either.
Why aren't subscriptions in stripe coming back into jot form now?

With our old Stripe Wizard you can select to use JotForm created subscriptions or fetch your existing Stripe subscription plans.
It looks like that option to fetch existing Stripe subscriptions is not yet implemented in our new Stripe Wizard. I have attached a ticket to this thread, so we will let you know once it is added.
In the meantime, you can switch to the old interface to configure your Stripe integration.

I'm seeing this thread was already assigned to one of our developers. Sadly, we can't really give you any timeframe. But rest assured, this same thread will be updated if/when there's any news.

This problem has been solved.
The system should now work as expected.
