Did my account expire?

    There was a charge that came through for 90.00. Was that for my renewal? When I log in it says my acct. expired.

    I haven't received an invoice or receipt.

    I have just reviewed your account. You currently have a YEARLY PREMIUM plan, that is active until January 2017. I did not have any records that your account has expired or has been charged. I did a see that there are more paid account that where created using "@verona.k12.wi.us" the email address. It could be that another account has been charged. Please verify your colleagues of their accounts.
