I am wondering why my integrations to Google Drive only work sometimes. Google Drive shows the Name of the folder but when I click on it the folder is empty. I go to Jot forms and have submissions but for some reason they aren't being sent to the Google Drive. This is not consistent as sometimes they work and sometimes they don't.

I have just tested your form "ATI Daily Report Form - Kirtland AFB", each time I submitted a form I was able to view the data in my google drive with no problems.
If you are still having problems please let us know and we will be glad to take another look.

That is interesting because when I go to my google drive to view Daily Report forms that have been submitted for Kirtland AFB I don't see any there. (in the google drive)

I just tested the form again and the integration worked properly. All the images uploaded where placed in my google drive. Can you try removing the integration, clearing your browser's cache and cookies. Then re-integrate the form to your google drive account.

When adding a new integration, it will only affect the new submissions. It will not automatically upload the previous submission you have. You would need to do this manually. Download the PDF and any new submission and upload them to the new google drive folder.
