Can you retrieve previous version of my form?

Can you retrieve archived or latest pm saved version of Medsuplus Alliance Accreditation Program Assessement Form from 8.11.16?

Hours of work completed on 8.11.16 in Jotform are not there today, 8.12.16.

Can you retrieve the last saved version from 8.11.16?

Possible reason why wrong version of your form was save is because you have Form Builder opened in multiple tabs or browser. To prevent that wrong version of your form is saved, please avoid opening Form Builder in multiple tabs or browser.
