We cannot logout from my friend's account on my computer

A friend was showing me her organization's jotform.  Everytime I go to JotForm her page with her forms comes up.  We cannot log out of her forms.  I went on another computer and created an account but can't get to a page where I can log-in to my account to create a form.  What are we doing wrong?  We even rebooted the computer and that didn't help.   

Did you try logging our using the logout option from the top menu? The following option:

What happen when you click the logout option? Nothing?

If you are having issues using the option, please try clearing your browser cookies for Jotform. Doing so should log your friend's account from Jotform.

As for logging in, try the login page instead: https://www.jotform.com/login. See if the page works.
