PRINT option on SUBMIT line does not print part of the form

    When clicking on PRINT, a pdf is created but half of the price list does not get printed.

    I have reviewed your form and was able to print the entire form properly. When viewing it in the preview I was able to see all the form.

    After printing it in a PDF form, I was also able to view the entire form.
