We have a customized jotform posted on our website. The form seems to work but the email notification is failing to be received
We can see the submission in our jotform history, but the email notification is failing to go to our designated email address. This worked before, and we have not made any changes. Please advise. THANKS!!Page URL:

I saw some failed logs in our system but recent submissions are successfully delivered to your email address. It seems like you've figured this out already.

Thank you so much for responding, I really appreciate it. Out of the blue, our windows live kept dumping jotform.com as a safe sender for some reason. I was able to add jotform as a contact and told windows live to always accept email from contacts...it seems to be working this way.Thanks again!!!

Great! Glad to hear that adding the JotForm emails resolved the problem.
I suggest adding our mail server IPs, domains in your whitelist as well if that's possible. If not, the emails should be just fine.
