Paypal donation not showing

i have added a paypal donation to the form and it is not showing in the form.

It is not shown in your form because you created a condition for it.

Base on your condition, it would only show when you select "Others, please specify below." from Type of Business dropdown field.

If you want the donation field to show in your form, simply delete the above condition.
