I have cloned one of my forms using Facebook integration. Once I cloned the form and added in the FB integration, it seems that the FB integration is no longer working. The form matches all of the other I have done, and I've used the same app ID. I tried creating a new app id using jotformpro and jotform.me after looking at replies in other forums. That did not work either. All of my older forms work perfectly. If you could please provide a solution, it would be very much appreciated. Thanks. Can you give us a screen of your FB App showing the site URL where this form is linked?
Also, since your form is on http://www.jotformpro.com domain, your FB App should have a site URL of http://www.jotformpro.com. They should match correctly, can you please recheck if the site URL is correct?
If that still doesn't work, I suggest to re-integrate the said integration and see if that fixes the issue.
