Inserting the Take Photo widget in the form

You can easily add the Take Photo widget on your form using our Form Builder. Here's a guide:

In the Form Builder, go to the More Fields tab. Please type "Take Photo" in the search bar. After that, drag the Take Photo widget in your form.

Please do note that webcam or phone camera is required for this widget to work properly. Here's a screenshot of the widget if you have a working webcam or camera. Just click the camera icon to take a photo.
