Formatting does NOT show on the Form

Dear JotForm Team,

For some reason the formatting that we have done in the DESIGNER does not show on the Form itself anymore.

Could you please help us to understand how to make the formatting visible again?

You can try reverting your form's layout to your original state and start from that again via your form's revision history. You can know more about form revisions history from this guide: https://www.jotform.com/help/294-How-to-view-form-revision-history
