i lost a form..?

    I had a formlink on my homepage and when i click this, it takes me to this:

    Form over quota
    This form has exceeded its allocated quota.
     
    when i go to Jotform i cannot find the form any longer.. 
    can you help?

    It seems that you have created the form using a GUEST account. This is very limited and is the reason you are getting the message.

    I would recommend you create a FREE account with us. Once you have the free account you will be able to receive 100 submission per month.

    I have a paid account.
    Somehow I may not have logged in when I made the form. Is there any way to
    retrieve the form again?

    I have just transferred your form into your account. You should not have any problems now.
