How do I free up upload space?

I'm looking at upgrading soon. But I don't understand your "Upload Space" quota. Even though I delete past submissions and articles, it isn't freeing up any more space. Why?

You can free up upload space by simply deleting those submissions that contain uploaded files. If you delete submissions that didn't have any files uploaded through them, they would not affect your upload space.

Currently, you have submissions with uploaded files on your form 61223960725151, named "Old Trail Business Owners", and form 60956108173154, named "Tails of the Trail".

For example, on form 61223960725151 a person named "Allison" had uploaded 3 images, with a combined upload size of over 35 MB. If you were to delete her submission, it would also remove her uploaded files from that submission, and your available upload space would increase by 35 MB.

We highly recommend that you export your submissions and download the uploaded first, before deleting them from your JotForm account:
