Payment option question please answer ASAP

I have Created a form For My Nonprofit Youth Group and i ran into a problem that i can't solve: In My Form I have a payment option for my group membership Fees and i have succesfully put a paypal credit card option as a donation/payment. I want to add a cash payment option beside the credit card option and still have the ability to submit the form info usiing eitheir payment option. Can u Please Help Me resolve this issue tank you.
