Keeping certian forms privateAsked by ACP11900 on August 13, 2016 at 02:41 PM
I have integrated jot form into our facebook page and it shows all the live forms we are using. I am wanting to create a form for internal company use and make it not seen by the public. How can I create a form and make sure it doesn't exist publicly on our facebook page?
There is not real way of keeping forms private. As long as users have the URL of the form, any one will be able to access the form. If you would like only a certain number of users to view and submit, you would need to share the URL of the form only to does users.
The other option would be to create a password field

It is not very recommended but could be a possible solution for you.
