Can jotform create submission ID for each entry based on custom criteria?

One of the dropdown fields in the form is called "Choose level" and the option are CategoryA, CategoryB, CategoryC and CategoryD. Can jotfrom generate a submission ID which is based on a userlevel+ Entries so far, so CatD-001, CatA-002, CatC-003, CatC-004 etc or better yet, User level + Entries so far in the specific level, for eg, CatA-001, CatA-002, CatB-001

If I understand you properly, you would like to be able to create and ID based on the selection of the form. If 4 users selected Cat A the ID would be CATA1 to CATA4. If a 10 users selected Cat B. The ID would be CATB1- to CATB10.

At the moment this is not possible. As you saw, the UNIQUE ID widget enables you to create an ID with PREFIX and suffix. This counter will automatically increase when a form is submitted. It will not check how the form was filled.
