My email notification does not work when individuals fill out my forms.

I checked your email logs and found that it landed in the bounce list with the following error:
Reason(s) : smtp; 553 5.3.0 flpd584 DNSBL:ATTRBL 521< 220.127.116.11
I have now removed your email address from the said bounce list. But I'm suspecting that the next email delivery will land your email in the said list again. So your solution is to please change your email notification sender addresses from email@example.com to firstname.lastname@example.org.
Another possible measure to take is to contact your email service provider and ask them to whitelist the IPs and domains found from this guide: https://www.jotform.com/help/145-Whitelisting-JotMails-IP-Addresses
