Submit button disappears when used with iphone or ipad

I am finding that the submit button is disappearing when people try to use the form on an iphone or ipad. The form can filled out, but as soon as the Captcha info is filled in, the submit button blinks and is gone making it impossible to send the form.

It seems that you have embedded your form in your website? I checked the link you provided (http://www.jdcole.com/contact/form.php) but I was not able to find any JotForm form on the page. I only see a customized PHP form. Can you try to embed your form using the iFrame embed code and see if this will fix the issue you are encountering? To get the iFrame code of your form, just follow the instructions provided in this article: Getting the form iFrame code.

If the issue still persists, can you provide to us the exact URL where you have embedded your form so we can further investigate the issue?
