We're losing referral data in Google Analytics

We're losing referral data in Google Analytics. How do we capture data correctly?

    Hello,

We've been using JotForm for some time now. When someone submits the form it redirects through a jotform URL destroying the referring data. Every single goal in Google Analytics shows as referred from Jotform.

This data is essentially useless. We have many paid campaigns running and w/o correct data we can not correctly attribute ROI.

I've searched your forums and can not find a solution.

    Please advise.

This is possible to add JotForm submission domains to the Referral Exclusion List in Google Analytics. Please take a look at the following thread.

Using Jotform and Google Analytics to Track Traffic Sources

Hello, thanks for the response. I implemented the proposed thread. I've let the data collect for a week and yet goals in analytics are still showing as referral from "submit.jotform.us".

    Thoughts?
