I have requested a pw reset several times and the email never arrives...pls advise. i need to update my billing info and subscription

Hello Jeannine, your email email@example.com appears to be on our Bounce List with the following reason:
firstname.lastname@example.org is IN the bounce list
Reason(s) : smtp;550 5.1.1 - 18.104.22.168 has sent to too many recipients this hour. IB607
The password reset emails never reached your mailbox because of this. I have now removed that email from our Bounce List so please give it a try now. Go to this page https://www.jotform.com/login > click the FORGOT PASSWORD link > enter your email address email@example.com > check your mailbox for the password reset instructions.
