I don't want to copy my form onto my own website. I'm very happy using yours. How do I do this?

    Hi,

Thanks for contacting us. I dont know if i understood your question well, you will have to embed the created form on jotform 'my forms' into your website http://jotform.com/help/34-Adding-a-Form-to-a-Web-Page or other sites like facebook etc for users to submit.

Please check on these links to know much about navigating jotform, http://jotform.com/help/chapter-1-Getting+Started and http://jotform.com/help/chapter-3-Share+Forms

Thanks, but I still don't get it. I don't have a website into which I want to embed a link. For the two forms we have I send an e-mail with the link www.jotform.com/isap/eCPF to our users. They clink on that link and they can enter their responses. Then I go to www.jotform.com with my user-id and password and can download an excel table with their replies. I want to do the same with my new form. (I didn't create the first two, but your system is so simple I thought I could create a new form myself.) I did that. Now I want to set it up so that I can send a new link in an e-mail and our users will go to the new form.

    Is this clearer?

    Hi,

You may also share your form by giving away its URL to users if not having website as stated. You can get your form's URL by clicking the Preview button while on edit mode.

You can too chnage your form's URL to customized using guide on this link,

It's easy actually. To customize the URL of the form go to:

    1. Open the desired form

    2. Go to Setup & Embed

    3. Click Embed Form

    4. Click on Custom Url button. (See image below).

and your done. You can then share the customized url to the public.

    Hope that helps!
