    Hi

In my form 'Call Back Request' a visitor can only select one of nine.
Is it possible to allow more than one choice?

Yes, it is possible to have multiple selection. However, you need to use Check Box instead of  Radio Button. It is also under the Basic Fields. This tool will allow you to choose more than 1 answer.

Hope that helps. If you have any question, let us know. Thank you.

    Thanks

Does that mean the options will be vertical?....Can the check box option be horizontal?

Same as with the Radio Button field that your form is currently using, you can use the Spread Columns option on a Check Box field to spread items into multiple columns.

This is how your form currently appears with the Spread Columns option set to 3 for your Radio Button field:

You can do the same to a Check Box field:

Please try it out, and let us know whether you need further assistance.
