Product order form (no payment required) with reducing balance

I want to create a product order form for Charities (no payment required) with a diminishing balance of credits.  Screenshot attached below.  Can you help?

The limit I see is only it doesn't have an overall or total running balance. But per item, there is instead a reducing balance counter.
