New log in details required

    Good morning,

    We are using your form system on our website magazinesubscriptions.co.uk and the feed from the form to our system has broken. Our log in is attached to a member of staff who has left, Antje Kompa, and no record of the password has been left. We need to access the 3PM (or Dennis Publishing) account to fix the issues. Please can someone contact me urgently regarding this.

    Can you please send us your Form URL, or account details of the owner of the form (username or email address of the owner), so we can do further investigation accordingly.

    The username was antje_kompa@dennis.co.uk

    Unfortunately, we do not have any account associated with the email provided. I did review your site and was able to locate the form.

    The form embedded in your site was created with the account threepmltd. If you do not have the password or would like to reset it you may use the FORGOT PASSWORD link. This account is also associated with the email "a****r@threepm.co.uk"

    Afternoon,

    I've requested a password but nothing is coming through. Is there another way around this?

    Sorry for the inconvenience Sarah. I have just reviewed the email and located it in our bounce list.

    Reason(s) : Amazon SES has suppressed sending to this address because it has a recent history of bouncing as an invalid address. For more information about how to remove an address from the suppression list, see the Amazon SES Developer Guide: http://docs.aws.amazon.com/ses/latest/DeveloperGuide/remove-from-suppressionlist.html

    I have already removed it and you should be able to receive the emails again. Can you please try again and see if you receive the FORGOT PASSWORD email to "a****r@threepm.co.uk".

    I have just checked the email log, and system successfully sent Password reset URL to the associated email address of the account a****r@threepm.co.uk

    As password reset URL is a confidential matter, so we can not share the URL with some one else, who is not the owner of the account.

    If you can ask the question by the email address of the account owner, that is a****r@threepm.co.uk. Then we can share the Password reset URL here on the Forum. Thanks
