Standalone booking form or widget

Since there's still no full-fledged, stand-alone booking form available, can we merge this thread as an upvote to an already existing Feature Request initiated on Oct. 2015?

    Hi grade4pagasa,

    Thanks for your suggestion.

As far as I understand from your previous response on the other threads, you want a full-fledged booking widget that will allow entry of the following details:

    1. Date and Time

    2. Event Name and Description

    3. Personnel Data

    4. Respondent's Data

    5. Payment Data

Although, we have a Date Reservation widget, perhaps we can request to add a DateTime Reservation widget that will extend functionality of booking of time blocks/periods. I personally think the fields for items 4 to 5 need to be separate from item 1 to give form creator more flexibility in creating booking forms.

    Hi Chriistian.

The booking form mock-up I shared is just for visualization (image below). But,

    * It would be great if the calendar is side by side with the available time slots for each date.

    * The inherent date widget capabilities would be great here (block past, exclude specific dates...)

    * Only time slots that are available will be shown.

And may the links provided below be acknowledged as up-votes for this Feature Request.
I will search for more threads with the same leitmotif.

As always, the reasons for my Feature Requests are to:

    * request for a new widget or enhance the status quo of the widgets / platform and

    * to improve the user experience..

    Hope this clarifies my request.

Thank you for the additional information and for upvoting. Unfortunately, none of the threads has been forwarded to our backend as a feature request. I can do it through this thread, but based on your original reply on the other thread, seems like you're looking or suggesting a standalone widget consisting of many sections/fieldsets. Where did you get the sample? Can you share the link here? We'd like to check that.
