hi there i had contacted your office a few months ago with this same problem and i believe it was fixed but seems it's deactivated again.
please i need to be notified at email@example.com when someone fills out one of my forms.
how do i fix asap please?

I checked the mail logs of the email you provided firstname.lastname@example.org and I was able to confirm that the email notifications were not successfully sent.
As per checking, the emails were not successfully sent because the email is included on our bounce list.
I have removed the email on our bounce list. You can also check if your email is on our bounce list on your end by following the instructions provided in this article: How to Remove Your Email Address from Bounce List.
