Thank You page redirects back to the form

Help please! I have shut down the old form and made it unavailable.

But when ever i do a test, it still redirects back to the old form. Is there code hiding somewhere that i am unaware of?

I checked the form you included on your post https://form.jotform.com/61655799266978 and found the cause of the problem.

Your Thank You page is currently set to Redirect to External Link, and that page points to your actual form URL (thus taking you back to the form itself)

To fix this, just click the THANK YOU button on your FORM BUILDER > click SHOW A THANK YOU PAGE > edit the page if needed > then SAVE CHANGES

On the other hand, if you aim to point to an external page upon submission, please use the URL of the page where you want your visitors to be redirected to instead of the Form URL.

I TRIED THAT. CHECK THE FORM NOW. it still redirects incorrectly.

I cloned your form and did a test submission, and I never encountered it redirecting back to the form. What I saw was a Thank you page (since that's what you have chosen now on the Thank You page wizard)

Please test it again and let us know how it goes.
